You're welcome Rebecca! I love adding the bija mantras to practice as well : )
I'm so glad the neck and shoulder stretch helped! It's lovely to add this stretch to the end of a full yoga session. I find that when the whole body is stretched, it's easier to get into a detailed stretch for the neck and find some relief.
