Beautiful! I love using essential oils while I'm practicing too. Candles add a point of focus, and I often add one to the top of my mat. Thanks for sharing your ritual with us!

Wow! I love that. I typically practice around sunset too, and that was the inspiration for this practice. Yes, the longer classes do have that effect, but over time your muscles stabilize. Sometimes, it's also the movement of prana moving through the muscle that can feel like trembling : ) Namaste, Kristen
