Hi Adele, I'm so happy to hear the fall practices are helping. Yes, vata dosha imbalances can be challenging, especially in the fall months. A few other tips to stabilize vata dosha is to establish a daily routine - especially in the mornings and evenings. That can help keep our nervous system balanced. Warmly, Kristen
