Dear Tèa, thank you for your beautiful share, and for having the courage to deeply heal the wounds with the mother in all her forms. I first heard the phrase "the heart is a cremation ground" in a book by Swami Sivananda Radha Saraswati called "Light and Vibration." I often reflect on this, and feel it's power and truth. <3
