Hi Taylor,

A warm welcome to the community!

That's a great question. I can offer you some of the bigger name sources for yoga props.

There are different sizes and shapes for yoga bolsters.

I recommend a regular size / rectangular shaped bolster as a starting point (unless you are quite tall and need a longer bolster).

Half Moon Yoga: https://ca.bhalfmoon.com/

This is a Canadian company where most of my props come from, but they also ship to the US & Europe.

Manduka: https://www.manduka.com/

I like this company's yoga props as well.

Jade Yoga: https://jadeyoga.com/products/yoga-bolsters

I've used their yoga mats before, but not their bolsters - so I don't know how good they are.

Love My Mat: https://www.lovemymat.com/

This is a boutique Canadian company with beautiful props, and they ship to the US & Internationally as well.

I hope this helps as a starting point! If not, google "yoga bolsters usa (or your city) and some local options should pop up.

Hi Katrien, I'm so glad you enjoyed the monthly playlist! I agree, it's so beneficial practice pitta pacifying postures in the summer months. It makes a difference : )

Yes! The twist and cool is a good class for that. You can also type the keyword "Digestion" into the search bar in the catalogue. A few other practices will show up that are also good for digestion : )

You're welcome Emma. Yes, it's incredibly hard to find stillness in the mind. Yin yoga is a wonderful way to relax the body, and slow down the brainwaves. Try a yoga nidra meditation after practice for further help with the mind. Warmly, Kristen

You're welcome Emma! I'm so happy to hear that you're feeling the radiance of this centre. Yes, this practice would effect the celiac plexus of nerves. We can hold so much stress in this area, and when it's released there is so much freedom. Warmly, Kristen
Hi David, I'm so happy to hear that you've integrated Yoga Nidra regularly into your life! Yes, Yoga Nidra is a wonderful addition to Panchakarma to clear out the subconscious mind and balance the doshas. Spring is such a wonderful time to care for your body and mind. Thank you for sharing more about your yoga journey. Warmly, Kristen
