Welcome to the Heart of the Heart Christy! I'm so happy to connect with you, and share the yin yoga practice together, along with your cats. I love that you've developed a home practice and made it your own. Practicing yoga in the morning is MUCH better than commuting to work : ) Please feel free to keep in touch with any requests, and let me know how your practice is going. Warmly, Kristen

Hi Adele, I love this. What a beautiful testimonial of your practice! Simple morning sun salutations in the winter months create a powerful foundation for our wellbeing. I'm so happy to hear you're connecting with the program. Enjoy the shamanic journey! Warmly, Kristen

Hi Christy, I'm so happy to hear the practice supported you in your recovery. Tending to our inner fire (agni and tejas) is so important in the winter months. Warmly, Kristen

You're so welcome Jennifer! The practice is so much deeper with meditation : )

I'm so glad to hear that Alexandra! I hope you revisit the practice over the winter season.

Hi Carolyn, I'm so glad the goddess practice resonated with you. It sounds like you were able to tap into the inner knowledge that Kali represents. This ancient wisdom does have so many layers that meet us where we are at. Thank you for sharing your experience of the practice with me.

Hi Adele, I'm so happy to hear the fall practices are helping. Yes, vata dosha imbalances can be challenging, especially in the fall months. A few other tips to stabilize vata dosha is to establish a daily routine - especially in the mornings and evenings. That can help keep our nervous system balanced. Warmly, Kristen

Hi Taylor,

A warm welcome to the community!

That's a great question. I can offer you some of the bigger name sources for yoga props.

There are different sizes and shapes for yoga bolsters.

I recommend a regular size / rectangular shaped bolster as a starting point (unless you are quite tall and need a longer bolster).

Half Moon Yoga: https://ca.bhalfmoon.com/

This is a Canadian company where most of my props come from, but they also ship to the US & Europe.

Manduka: https://www.manduka.com/

I like this company's yoga props as well.

Jade Yoga: https://jadeyoga.com/products/yoga-bolsters

I've used their yoga mats before, but not their bolsters - so I don't know how good they are.

Love My Mat: https://www.lovemymat.com/

This is a boutique Canadian company with beautiful props, and they ship to the US & Internationally as well.

I hope this helps as a starting point! If not, google "yoga bolsters usa (or your city) and some local options should pop up.
